Women’s Wellbeing

Our society often doesn’t accommodate breaks, which impacts our mental, emotional, physical, and sexual health and our relationships. We want to create a space where women can embrace pauses, reconnect with themselves, and learn tools to improve their quality of life.

This is for the ambitious businesswoman who forgets to take breaks, the exhausted mother, the perfectionist, the people-pleasers, and for those newly single, divorced, or in a relationship. We aim to guide you with tools and knowledge to find balance in your life, while also strengthening your love life.

The Games We Play

"The Games We Play" is a series of 60-minute social experiments where you discover your social archetypes and learn to navigate social situations. We create a safe space to test, observe, and discuss the human dynamic at play and understand who we are in these situations.

  • The experiment will be followed by a plenary discussion to delve into reflections on group dynamics and outcomes. Get firsthand feedback from others about:

How others perceive you in social situations.

Why are you often misunderstood; perceived as aloof, weird, loud, etc.

Why do the same kinds of people and situations attract you.

What situation brings out the best and worst in you.

Simultaneously, peek into the heads of other social archetypes:

    What drives them.

    What is their deepest fear.

What is the role they play in society.

The aim is to encourage vulnerability, compassion towards others, and self-reflection. We promote a diverse crowd to attend regardless of religion, race, language, physical/cognitive ability, or gender.
